Note: If you'd like to change your photo/logo, just email it to me.
Please fill out the form very carefully!!
If you are changing the deluxe description, make sure there are less than 100 words or I will have to trim of sentences from the end. If you have Microsoft Word, you can paste your description into Word and select "Word Count" from the "Tools" menu to find out the word count.
